Alistair MacLennan
Position: President and CEO

Mr. MacLennan has been working in the junior resources sector (oil/gas/minerals), in various capacities, for over thirty years. He has gained industry knowledge through founding, investment in and serving on the Boards of a number of public and private exploration companies. Mr. MacLennan is also the Chairman and director of Helijet International Inc., a helicopter airline operating a fleet of Sikorsky S76 helicopters throughout the Pacific Northwest since 1986. Mr. MacLennan is actively involved in a number of private companies which are involved in leasing, manufacturing and natural gas production.

 
Ian Klassen
Position: Director and Vice President

Mr. Klassen has twenty years experience in business management, public relations, government affairs and entrepreneurialism. He has extensive experience in government policy, media relationship strategies, business/government project management and legislative decision-making. Mr. Klassen currently serves as President of Grande Portage Resources Ltd., a Canadian junior resource exploration Company focused on massive sulphide exploration on Vancouver Island, BC. In addition, he is a founding Director of four private Canadian companies exploring for polymetallic minerals in Peru. Mr. Klassen is a B.A. (Hons) graduate from the University of Western Ontario.

 
Douglas A. Perkins
Position: B.Sc., FGAC. Senior Vice-President

Mr. Perkins business background has included serving on public company boards for over 24 years and the promotion and representation of their geological properties. He has been involved in several start-ups of both public and private companies not only geological but including manufacturing, wholesale and developmental industries. A 1979 University of British Columbia geology graduate Mr. Perkins was hired by Cyprus Anvil Mining to work on the initial drilling and delineation of the Cirque deposit (30 mil. + Tonnes lead, zinc) and subsequent discovery of related deposits in North Central British Columbia. Precious metal experience includes vein and bulk tonnage deposits in Nevada as well as mining placer gold deposits. Industrial minerals experience includes barite and garnet deposits. Mr. Perkins managed all the Cu/Pb/Zn/Au exploration in the St. Elias Mountains for Freeport/Stryker Resources on the extension of the geology hosting the Windy Craggy deposit as well as working on many other types of base metal deposit types. Experience with other cultures provided him with the expertise to be sole manager in Panama for Freeport Resources Inc.

 
Wesley Raven
Position: Vice President-Exploration

Wesley Raven, P Geo, Professional Geologist graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1983 with 25 years of exploration experience in Canada and internationally. Mr. Raven has worked for both senior and junior mining companies and has extensive drill program management from small preliminary testing to expansive programs for ore reserve definition. Mr. Raven has experience in a variety of mineral deposit types including porphyry copper-gold, magmatic nickel-copper, epithermal and mesothermal gold vein systems, volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits, skarn deposits and carbonate-hosted base metals. M. Raven has managed exploration programs for precious and base metals throughout Canada, USA, Mexico, Africa (Ghana, Niger) and South America (Bolivia).

 
Michele Pillon
Position: CFO

Ms. Pillon is an accountant with several years experience in the junior mining exploration sector, providing accounting and regulatory assistance to public companies. Since May 2005, she has worked as an accountant to United Resource Group, a management firm which provides management and business consulting services to public companies in the resource sector. Ms. Pillon's prior employment includes: International Portfolio Management from June 2001 to April 2005; Whytecliff Capital Corp. from December 1999 to December 2000; and, Mineral Development Group from May 1995 to August 1999.

Ms. Pillon has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently an officer of TTM Resources Inc. (CFO), Wyn Developments Inc. (Corp. Sec.), Golden Reign Resources Ltd. (Corp. Sec.), and a director and officer (CFO) of Remington Resources Inc.

Ms. Pillon is not an employee of the Company and in her capacity as Director and CFO will dedicate approximately 10% of her time to the affairs of the Company. Ms. Pillon is not a party to any noncompetition or confidentiality agreement with the Company.

 
David McMillan
Position: Director

Mr. McMillan was an investment advisor for Yorkton Securities Inc. from 1983-2000. From 1995-2000 he held the position of Senior Vice-President and Director of Yorkton. He has acted as a consultant and advisor to venture companies since 2000, and is President and CEO of Wyn Developments Inc. and a Director of TTM Resources Inc., Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc.

 
Bipinchandra Ghelani
Position: Director

Mr. Ghelani is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 34 years of experience in financial, accounting and taxation matters. Mr. Ghelani has managed his own accounting firm since 1988 and prior to that held senior positions with several international accounting firms including Deloitte & Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

 
Geir Liland
Position: Director

Geir Liland brings to the Issuer over 27 years of corporate finance, accounting and management experience. After working for accounting firms and public companies, in October, 1982 Mr. Liland began a long career with the TSXV (formerly the Canadian Venture Exchange and Vancouver Stock Exchange). Mr. Liland began his career at the TSXV as a listing officer and progressed through the positions of senior corporate analyst, manager of corporate finance and listings and director of corporate finance services. He retired from the position of Vice-President Corporate Finance at the TSXV in August, 2002. Mr. Liland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia (1977).
